Gluten Free, Irish Soda Bread

2 cups gluten free flour.

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 – 1 cup soured milk or plain over due yogurt.

1/4 -1/2 cup sultana’s or golden raisins.

Need well, bake for 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
